Fellowship Details
Duration: Two-year postdoctoral fellowship
Number of Positions: Two (2) fellows will be selected annually
Start Date: August 25, 2025
Fellowship Support and Expectations
Fellows will receive:

Fellows are expected to:
- Conduct independent research and collaborate with faculty members

- Present their research at academic conferences
- Prepare for academic job market and transition to faculty positions

Qualifications
Eligibility
Applicants must have completed their Ph.D. in Education, Applied Psychology, Counseling Psychology, Higher Education or a related field within the last three years or expect to complete their degree before the fellowship start date.

Application Process

1. Curriculum Vitae (CV)
2. Cover letter (2-3 pages) addressing:
- Your research interests and experience
- How your work aligns with the Lynch School's mission and the sponsoring faculty's research
- Your career goals and how this fellowship will support them
3. Research proposal (3-5 pages) outlining:
- Your proposed research project for the fellowship period
- Potential collaborations with faculty members at the Lynch School
4. Writing sample (e.g., published article, dissertation chapter, or manuscript in preparation)
5. Three letters of recommendation, to be sent directly by the recommenders to [[email protected]]
6. Unofficial graduate transcripts (official transcripts will be required if selected)
